Once harvested, the Teremana pinas – or hearts of the agave – are slow roasted in small, 24-ton traditional brick ovens for approximately three days at a lower temperature than most. Then Teremana is distilled in copper pot stills which are handmade at the distillery which creates a smooth and balanced tequila. Tequila Blanco is unaged for a bright, clean taste.
