Volans Still Strength Blanco is a tequila made in small batches. It’s made with 40% spring water and 60% deep-well water, and 10% of the tequila is derived from fiber-fermented tequila. It has a rich agave fragrance with notes of Green apples, Lemon drops, White and green peppercorns, Fresh asparagus, Aloe.
Volans Still Strength Blanco has a crisp, full-bodied mouthfeel with a steely minerality on the finish. It has fresh agave and citrus notes, followed by a gentle flavor of citrus, pepper, and brine. The finish is all agave and is very smooth
